We booked this hotel months in advance and truthfully did not know what to expect. We arrived late around 9pm and the contactless entry worked flawlessly. The moment we walked in we just loved the vibe. The room was clean, we had plenty of towels and the bed and extra blankets were as clean as any other hotel we've ever stayed at. Overall I'd say this place does not deserve the negative reviews I've read. Anyway great stay. If we are ever back in this part of the country we will definitely be booking here again.

Great location in DTLB. Only small complaint is I needed more towels but that’s it. We enjoyed our room. It’s the perfect size. Hot water! Lots of windows. Extra blankets were available. All appliances worked very well. Keyless entry is clutch! Will be back again.

Great place. Great customer service. The only thing is no elevator. Room spacious. Big closet. Nice kitchenette. I'll be back! I went back a second time and still an amazing place to stay!

The place is quite nice. You even get a little kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishes. I like that this place is run by technology instead of staff. Once your room is ready you will get a passcode to enter the building and to enter your room. It is nice you don't need to carry a room key. There is no parking for the hotel so you can either make arrangements with them to have a parking spot set up, or take your chances on the street. There is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage, be prepared to walk up stairs. The area around is nice for walking. There are a few places to get coffee in the morning that is a 2-5 minute walk. There is even a Von's right down the block. At night you might hear sirens, but that is normal for anywhere. When it comes to regular outside noise there was not much. The rule of the hotel no loud noises/parties after 10pm. I would go back if I was visiting Long Beach again for the event I went to.
